Rental Rates for Maison Caramany
Prices are per week and are based on maximum of 8 people. All utilities such as electricity, water and heating are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are allowed for an extra £50.
The changeover day is flexible. Check in is 4pm and check out at 10am.

Booking procedure:
1. You will be asked to sign and return a confirmation letter and rental agreement which will be emailed to you. You can read the rental agreement here.
2. A 25% deposit of the total rental fee is required to secure a booking. We can only hold your dates for 5 days after you decide to book.
3. The balance is required 8 weeks before your holiday plus a damage deposit. The damage deposit is £150 or €150. Provided everything is in order, this will be returned after your stay.
4. On receipt of the final payment, we will email you the necessary information regarding keys, directions, things to do in area, etc.
